Experience & Qualifications Criteria:- Qualified Chartered Accountant or similar accreditation
- 10 years' experience in accounting as an expat
- Experience with the big 4 audit firms preferred
- Managing multi-functional accounting and finance department
- Strong management experience with a solid track record
- Strategic mindset
- Risk mitigation management
- IFRS or US GAAP
- Financial information systems and implementing technological solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish (local nationality)
- Knowledge of foreign exchange hedging and hedging tools
- Leading CAPEX investment projects
- Involved in mergers and acquisition processes
- Strong experience leading the company's digital transformation
