Job & Company Description:As the Methods Department Manager, you will play a key strategic role in standardizing operational processes, improving service delivery, and driving innovation across a multi-technical facility management business. , This position offers the chance to work at the intersection of operations, technology, and quality assurance in a growing regional group with pan-African ambitions.
Youll work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure best-in-class service delivery, effective tender support, and continuous improvement in line with international standards.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 8 years in facility management, maintenance operations, or process improvement, including at least 35 years in a leadership role Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems Proven experience in process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Skilled in CMMS/CAFM systems, BMS, IoT tools, and digital performance tracking Strong leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Solid understanding of quality control frameworks, commissioning processes, and handover managementWhy This Opportunity?
