Job Description
You will:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, tender documentation, and BOQs for building projects
- Handle contract administration and progress claims
- Conduct site measurements and verify contractor claims
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Prepare valuations, interim payment certificates, and final accounts
- Identify and manage variations and project risks
- Liaise with site teams, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
