About the Role:As Lodge Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of hospitality excellence across accommodation, food & beverage, guest activities, and lodge facilities. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team, maintain the highest service standards, and ensure an environment where both guests and staff feel valued and cared for. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and handle VIP requirements personally.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and reporting.
  • Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and reservations team to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a lodge, resort, or high-end hospitality environment.
  • A natural flair for hospitality with a warm, engaging, and hands-on approach.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management and reporting.
  • Flexibility to work in a remote environment and handle operational challenges proactively.
