Description:
Small take away in Windermere, Durban requires a young and energetic chef with at least 2 years cooking and front counter experience. Applicants must have the appropriate experience in restaurant, be willing to work on weekends and be able to withstand the pressure associated in the kitchen and with orders.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that food is prepared and cooked according to the correct
standards.
• Ensure quantities are consistent and in line with the agreed costing and
all dishes are presented correctly.
• Ensure that the kitchen area is kept to a high standard of tidiness and
cleanliness at all times and that all statutory regulations including health
and safety, hygiene requirements are upheld.
