Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads to close deals for solar geysers.
• Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and manage client accounts.
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate client and team data using Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.

  Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools (training provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
  • Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Knowledge of inverters and batteries is a plus but not essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base salary of ZAR 6,000 per month, plus uncapped commission on solar geyser sales.
    • Initial 1-month trial period focused on sales performance to ensure a good fit.
    • Full training on solar geysers and in-house systems.
    • Flexible remote work environment with opportunities for career growth.
    • Freelance sales positions also available.
