Description:

Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the shipping process Responsible to execute various aspects of shipping operations, from costings to documentation and liaising with suppliers and carriers Maintain meticulous records Ensure compliance with regulations, and addresses any issues that may arise during the shipping process Calculate the landed cost of shipments and ensure accuracy in cost allocation. Trace missing or lost shipments and take necessary actions to resolve issues. Authenticate the receipt of shipments by matching bills of lading, invoices, or other relevant documents

Requirements:

Minimum Matric A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in shipping/logistic or a related field The preferred applicant should have a Diploma in supply chain, Logistics, or shipping. Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail. Sage experience will be an advantage. must have own transport- comapny is based in canelands, verulam (durban)
