Join a manufacturing team as a Maintenance Engineer in the Western Cape!
As Maintenance Engineer, you'll lead a team to keep machines running smoothly and safely. You’ll plan and track maintenance work, solve technical problems, monitor equipment performance, and find ways to improve efficiency. You’ll also train staff, manage vendors, and report on key maintenance activities.
Requirements:
To qualify for consideration for this position, you’ll need a Grade 12 certificate and a minimum BTech in Mechanical Engineering, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience. You should have at least 5 years’ in a management role. Strong technical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with good communication and the ability to manage a team under pressure. You must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans and have your own transport.
