A vacancy exists for an Industrial Relations Officer at the East Rand branch.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Qualification - Relevant Degree and extensive IR Experience
- 5 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of disciplinary hearing proceedings
- Advanced computer literacy in the Microsoft Office package — MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Must reside in or around Benoni.
- Must have own reliable vehicle.
Key Performance Areas: (Not totally Inclusive)
- Conducting disciplinary hearings
- Representing the company at CCMA cases
- Reporting on statistics with regards to hearings
- Assisting with IR/HR Matters, as and when needed.
- Managing the Disciplinary hearing diary
- Assisting the IR and HR Manager
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional administrative skills
- Expert knowledge of labour legislation, policies and procedures
- Goal orientated
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Problem Solving and analytical capability
