Company established in the household textile industry is looking for a suitable candidate for a Warehouse Administrator role. Position is based in Jacobs, Durban.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Process and file delivery notes, invoices, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with stock control, data entry, and inventory system updates.
- Schedule and track deliveries and collections, ensuring proper coordination with transport providers.
- Liaise with warehouse team leaders and logistics staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Generate regular warehouse reports including stock levels, order status, and discrepancies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general warehouse administration duties.
