We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Oversee facilities management and maintenance

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
