- Negotiation Skills: 2 to 3 years
- Communication Skills: 2 to 3 years
- Planning And Organizational Skills: 5 to 6 years
- Analytical And Problem Solving Skills: 4 to 5 years
- People Management Skills And Experience: 5 to 6 years
- Sales Leadership Role: 5 to 6 years
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, within a Medical Aid or Medical Insurance company.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating high- performing teams.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent people managment and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
- A logical , astute, and motivated approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Solid understanding of managed healthcare processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Experience in managing BPO operations and Group Schemes is advantageous.
- RE5 or RE1
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
