Our client an integrated Property, Design & Development focused company that specialises in various sectors within the Construction and Development industry in Southern Africa has the following opportunity available for a result orientated and self-driven candidate as:
Junior Finance Clerk
Somerset West
Requirements
- Grade 12 (with Maths & Accounting) with at least 2 Years reconciliation experience within a financial department.
- Accounting diploma/ certificate will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and accounting software, preferably in Sage Evolution.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Responsibilities
- Assist with purchase orders.
- Capturing of supplier/creditor invoices.
- Creditor recons.
- Capturing and allocating of stock for costings.
- Weekly staff capturing for cost allocations.
- Ensure all invoices are VAT compliant.
- General administration and office reception duties.
- Purchasing of office supplies & site materials.
- Capturing of reimbursement expenses.
- Arrangement of courier parcels.
