Description:
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Maintain and update general ledger and financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Monitor financial transactions and report discrepancies
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and industry regulations
Requirements:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software is essential.
- Proficiency in PaySpace is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. For example, payroll processing, VAT returns and tax submissions, Workers’ Compensation Administration (WCA) compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel .
- Financial degree or diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software is essential.
- Proficiency in PaySpace is beneficial.
