Description:
- Hire Resolve's client, a niche payment systems and MIS system consulting firm, is in the search for an Oracle Finance Functional to join their team, office is based in Rivonia.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial processes and operations.

Configure and support Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations, customizations, and reporting solutions align with business objectives.
-
Participate in full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support projects.
-
Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training sessions.
-
Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization.
-
Support period-end and year-end financial close activities within the Oracle Financials suite.
-
Stay informed on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend adoption strategies for new features and enhancements.
-
Ensure financial system configurations comply with local accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
-
7+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
-
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.
-
In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance standards.
-
Proven experience in business requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, and production support.
-
Strong documentation skills, including functional specs, training guides, and test scripts.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across finance and IT teams.
-
Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s) are a plus.
