Description:
Hire Resolve's client, a niche payment systems and MIS system consulting firm, is in the search for an Oracle Cloud Techno- Functional Consultant to join their team, office is based in Rivonia. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users to understand and analyze functional requirements across Oracle Cloud modules.

Design, configure, and support Oracle Cloud applications, including Financials, HCM, and SCM, based on evolving business needs.

Develop and manage technical components such as reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), data conversions, and PaaS-based extensions.
-
Perform data migration activities, develop custom interfaces, and configure workflows to meet client-specific requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues within Oracle Cloud environments.

Participate in all project phases including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Analyze Oracle Cloud quarterly release features, test impacts, and implement required updates to maintain system stability and compliance.

Develop detailed functional and technical design documents, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.

Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and security standards throughout solution development and delivery.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or SCM) as a techno-functional consultant.

Strong functional knowledge of at least one Oracle Cloud module: Financials, HCM, or SCM.
-
Hands-on experience with technical tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/ADFdi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS solutions.

Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
-
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
-
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
-
Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
