First Technology Centurion is looking for a dynamic and strategic Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between our customers and internal teams—sales, marketing, product development, and technical experts. You’ll combine deep product knowledge with excellent communication skills to understand customer challenges, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations that drive value-based selling and secure new business.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into solution requirements.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Solution Development
- Develop compelling proposals and solution designs using First Technology Group products and services.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations, often in collaboration with Group companies.
- Ensure all solutions are customized to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other client documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and insight throughout the sales process.
- Support post-presentation follow-ups, addressing client concerns and clarifying solution details.
Strategic Contribution
- Identify new markets and business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Offer insights and feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferential
- 5 + years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role in the IT Industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tools, and technical sales platforms
- Hands-on experience with cloud, infrastructure, software, and digital solutions
