Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of all levy invoices (including utilities) and following up on payments. Liaising with portfolio managers before billing run is done to ensure all recoveries are billed in the correct billing period. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Preparation of General Ledger recons. Allocation of receipts daily. Review and follow-up of overdue invoices. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Capturing new building details into WeConnectU, including loading owners, property and tenant details.
REQUIREMENTS:
WeConnectU experience will be advantageous. Financial Degree or Diploma 3- 5 years experience in Bookkeeping/accounting in the property management industry Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard. Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
