Were looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate all warehouse activities, ensuring seamless operations, optimal inventory management, and a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team performance. Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy. Enforce health and safety protocols and maintain equipment in a good condition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, etc.) to optimize processes. Maintain up-to-date records of warehouse metrics, including stock aging and productivity. Identify and manage obsolete stock and oversee stock layouts across the foundry. Manage protective clothing issuance and monitor internal stock requests. Oversee the accurate and timely data capturing by Stores Clerks. Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12). Minimum 5 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a foundry or manufacturing environment. Proven experience with Syspro and barcoding stock systems. Valid forklift license. Strong organisational and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
