Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, providing clear commentary on variances, trends, and business drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Partner with key business units (e.g., underwriting, claims, and operations) to deliver relevant financial insights and decision support.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to help guide operational and strategic decisions.
- Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across departments.
Requirements:
- BCom Accounting or Finance (CIMA or BCom Honours advantageous)
