Our client, an established Real Estate Agency, is looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a young, energetic individual with a keen interest in property and a willingness to learn and grow in the business.
No prior experience or qualifications are required—just the right attitude and enthusiasm for the property industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) A strong interest in the property industry Professional, presentable, and eager to learn Willingness to work flexible hours as neededKey Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and planning abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative Willingness to be hands-on and involved in all aspects of property management Client-focused mindsetResponsibilities:
Assist with property inspections, viewings, and client communications Support senior property managers with daily tasks and administration Learn and assist with lease management, tenant liaison, and property maintenance Coordinate and follow up on service providers and repairs Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation General office duties and on-site support as neededWorking Hours:
Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
