Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting mineral balances and metallurgical accounting. Contributing to reserve and resource reporting. Supporting technical management of processing plants and optimising plant recipes. Assisting with technical standard implementation and continuous improvement. Performing metallurgical test work and leading technical projects to enhance plant performance. Involvement in process design and commissioning activities. Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks and supporting cost optimisation. Leading feasibility studies, process trend analysis, and benchmarking investigations. Compiling operational reports and supporting plant trials and onsite optimisation efforts.Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 with a BTech in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering (Postgraduate qualification is a plus). 710 years' post-qualification experience in PGM flotation plants. Strong understanding of metallurgy production processes, especially PGM separation. Valid drivers license and passport; must be willing to travel extensively.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding environments.
