You will collaborate across departments, manage complex data, and turn reporting into a powerful tool for change.Duties:
Manage the full B-BBEE scorecard, covering all elements including ownership, management control, skills development, ESD, and SED Lead annual scenario planning and strategic development for B-BBEE compliance during the business planning cycle Compile and report on quarterly B-BBEE scorecards and TMPS calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, and IT) to track and manage ESG metrics Oversee timely and accurate data submission for ESG reporting systems and ensure proper approval processes Prepare quarterly ESG reports for review by executive leadership and the Board
Education and Experience:
BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3 years experience in finance, with a strong focus on transformation and/or ESG In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation (DTI Codes of Good Practice) and ESG reporting frameworks would be beneficial
