Job Title: Marketing Traffic & Creative Operations Manager
Department: Marketing

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Traffic & Creative Operations Manager to
drive the smooth execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the business. This individual will serve
as the operational heartbeat of the creative team—ensuring cross-functional collaboration, accurate workflow
prioritisation, timely delivery of assets, and alignment with business and campaign objectives.
The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with marketing traffic workflows, creative production timelines, and
campaign execution processes. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple deliverables
across departments, and ensure consistent quality output by managing briefs, schedules, and capacity
across the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Workflow & Traffic Management
• Manage and assign incoming creative briefs across design, content, digital, and external vendors
based on project scope, team bandwidth, and campaign deadlines.
• Ensure all briefs are completed with the necessary strategic inputs before entering the design phase.
• Continuously assess team capacity using project management tools and proactively reallocate work
to avoid bottlenecks.
• Serve as a central liaison between creative, campaign, digital, and product teams to ensure clarity in
timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor and update project statuses, ensuring the team is informed of any delays, shifts, or
adjustments in real-time.
Production Oversight & Quality Control
• Schedule and lead weekly production meetings with follow-ups and action logs distributed.
• Oversee internal review and approval workflows, ensuring all campaign assets are approved by the
Head of Creative before deployment.
• Manage the accurate archiving of campaign assets and creative files, and enforce file-naming and
version control protocols.
Campaign & Operational Support
• Partner with the Campaign Manager to align project timelines with broader marketing strategies and
milestones.
• Coordinate the development of digital marketing briefs, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand
and partner (e.g., Apple) guidelines.
• Support the rollout of campaigns across channels such as paid media, newsletters, and in-store,
ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Reporting & Resource Planning
• Maintain and present key reports including creative team capacity, campaign delivery metrics, and
traffic performance insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Apple and other partners as required, ensuring accuracy
and on-time submission.
• Monitor adherence to campaign deadlines and delivery SLAs, escalating risks where needed.
Newsletter & Communication Asset Management
• Manage planning, briefing, coordination, and review of weekly newsletters in partnership with the
Digital Marketing team.
• Ensure deal/pricing accuracy and stock availability for featured promotions across various business
units (e.g., Cellular, Trade-in, Education).
• Drive alignment across internal stakeholders for final approval of newsletter content and layout.
Brand Asset & Partner Guideline Management
• Manage the timely download, filing, and distribution of partner assets (e.g., Apple NPI assets),
ensuring internal teams have access to correct files.
• Maintain asset folders structured by campaign and channel, and communicate brand usage
restrictions when applicable.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing traffic management, production coordination, or campaign
operations.
• Strong project management experience with tools like Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage creative teams or workflows, ideally in an agency or in-house brand
environment.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills; able to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong eye for detail and process discipline—able to ensure accuracy in briefs, timelines, and final
deliverables.
• Familiarity with digital marketing practices, especially in email marketing and paid digital campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to retail, tech, or FMCG industries.
• Experience working with high-profile brand partners and adhering to brand governance requirements
(e.g., Apple).
