Description:

Position Summary:

  • Support the Sales Manager with back-office sales functions to ensure accurate sales recovery.

Main Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Maintain monthly tooling reconciliation
  • Compile and submit tool related evidence for invoicing purposes (customer portals)
  • Support tool identification process
  • Tracking accounts receivables following tooling invoices
  • Compile month-end reports (volume, mix, sales)
  • Advise on sales accruals
  • Calculate cost for service parts
  • Coordinate quote activities with customer Service Parts buyers to ensure accurate and timeous quote submission
  • Maintenance of Service Parts pricing on customer portals
  • Maintenance of Service Parts price tracker
  • Compile and issue Sales Price Amendment Orders (SPAO’s)
  • Update price tracker based on price change events
  • Support with administrate tasks to support sales analyst and sales manager

Requirements:

  • Advanced excel
  • Able to translate large data sets into useable information for decision making
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving

Qualifications:
