Description:
- Assist the FM with financial reporting and administration service delivery.
- Assist the FM in corporate governance compliance.
- Ensuring appropriate management and financial accounting practices.
- Assist with reviewing of tax calculations and returns.
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements.
- Prepare information for the FM for board packs, project updates and other ad hoc financial reporting information.
- Preparation of audit packs.
- Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts, and financial reports for management and shareholders monthly.
- Assist in overseeing and control of monthly payments to all suppliers and service providers
- Assist with ensuring payments are in line with agreed costs and services.
- Ensure correctness, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Ensure the sound financial control of the company, and the on-going operations of the projects
- Provide assistance to FM in business decision making.
- Asset register management
- Assist the FM in managing the companies’ insurances by ensuring we are suitably insured and renewals are done.
