Role Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions through a combination of manual and automated testing methods. The successful candidate will participate in the software development lifecycle, identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and contributing to the improvement of testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.

Develop and maintain detailed test cases, plans, and documentation based on project requirements.

Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand software behavior and specifications.

Identify, log, and verify software defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Implement and manage automated tests using testing tools and frameworks.

Conduct performance, load, and stress testing and recommend system improvements.

Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Stay updated on the latest software testing trends, tools, and best practices.

Participate in code reviews to support quality assurance goals.

- Software Testing: 2 to 3 years
- Software Tester: 2 to 3 years

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in both manual and automated software testing.

Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG.

Familiarity with version control and bug tracking systems.

Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

ISTQB certification or similar qualification is advantageous.
