Join a manufacturing team as a Personal Assistant in the Western Cape!
As a Personal Assistant, you'll handle a variety of office tasks including answering the switchboard, organising both local and international travel, assisting with wages, preparing monthly board packs, and managing office supplies. You’ll also support general PA duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
You should have a Matric certificate and relevant experience, especially in coordinating travel arrangements. A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle are required. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
