Calling all SHE Managers! Join an FMCG team in the Western Cape!
You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety, health, environmental, and security systems across multiple sites. You’ll conduct audits, risk assessments, and training, while also managing budgets, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining documentation. You’ll work closely with departments, manage incidents, oversee waste and pollution control, and coordinate with local authorities and service providers.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
· NEBOSH, SAMTRAC or B Tech Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety
· Environmental Management Certificate/Diploma
· SAATCA (Internal Auditor) Certificate
· 5+ years’ experience in a food, dairy or manufacturing environment
· ±5 years’ at a management level
· Grade A/Diploma Security Management
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in Security in Industrial environment
· Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
· Registration with Professional Safety Body (Saiosh)
