Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to meet sales targets and boost client satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue and exploring cross-sell potential.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery for clients.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, providing actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.
Target Achievement: Meet sales targets related to new business, client retention, and ICT sales.

What We’re Looking For:
Matric
Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar role within the Telecommunications industry.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing mobile voice, data, and ICT solutions to businesses.
A strong track record of exceeding B2B sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
