Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned retail customers in the South African market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, presentations, and closing techniques.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to management to improve sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, following up with customers as necessary.
  • Report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities through regular updates to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at the retail level.
