Job Description: We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to make outbound calls to customers and prospects. Your goal will be to generate leads, close sales, and exceed targets. If you're a confident and persuasive communicator with excellent customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads and close sales - Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics - Use CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
