- Front Desk Management:
Greet reps, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.
- Administrative Support:
Handle correspondence, schedule upliftments/collections/deliveries, and maintain records.
- Customer Service:
Assist reps and driver with inquiries and provide information.
- Office Coordination:
Manage office supplies, organize files and documentation, and support daily operations.
- Communication:
Liaise with reps and driver to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is beneficial.
- Attributes: Professional demeanor, multitasking ability, and customer service orientation.
