Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Preferred Bachelors degree in sales & Marketing or buisness development
  • Own vehicle and driver's licence
  • At least 5 years experience in the FMCG industry
  • Bakery and food experience would be advantages
  • Proven track record for closing sales and forging long term relationships with key players
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident and independent with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
  • Must be able to work basic excel spreadsheets, word documents etc.

  • Research existing accounts indentify key players and generate interest to stimulate sales
  • Researching and evaluating addition leads/prospects through web search
  • Updating database
  • Develop and execute on a strong plan of attack, including e-mail and call scripts.
  • Schedule appointments and demos
  • Complete a weekly sales report
  • Be able to compile a forecast on all produts required for customer needs.
