START DATE: ASAP
REMUNERATION: R18,000 – R22,000 CTC per month

Hire Resolve's client is seeking an Administrator on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple functions, including accounts payable, office coordination, procurement, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • General office support, document management, and handling correspondence.
  • Ordering, tracking, and distributing PPE to ensure safety compliance.
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Supporting other departments with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
  • Office and general administration across multiple business functions.
  • Maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Processing accounts payable transactions with a focus on accuracy and timely payment.
  • Generating purchase orders.
  • Managing petty cash and processing staff reimbursements.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., NQF-accredited Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Bookkeeping, or related).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably involving accounts payable or office management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well within a team and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, trustworthy, and reliable.
