Description:

                    • Management of day-to day HR Operations including recruitment onboarding and employee relations
                    • Draft and issue HC letters including employment confirmations, contract expirations.
                    • Administration of leave processes and appointments, terminations, service awards etc.
                    • Compile monthly and quartely reports
                    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedure and audits.
                    • Creating, managing employee relations issues and maintaining positive and production relationships between management and employees
                    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to resolve any conflicts or disputes that may rise
                    • CCMA repentations

Requirements:
