Our client, a well-established and progressive FMCG manufacturing company based in Paarl, seeks to employ an experienced and professional Executive Assistant with strong finance and administration experience to join their expanding team. Please note this is not a junior administrative role but rather a position to support the Managing Director of a group of fast paced and professional companies. KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:- You will have completed Grade 12 which is essential, with a qualification in Office Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- You will have a minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant, including general finance responsibilities, bookkeeping for small subsidiary family-run businesses, and outstanding debtors provided by finance
- You will have proven expertise in generating reports such as sales report, preparing board meeting summary reports, Work In Progress reports and sales order reports, as well as Reserve Bank status application reports and company credit card and expense reports.
- You will have excellent administrative and organizational skills to include aspects such as diary management, management of the company boardrooms, travel management and executive support
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience is essential with ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English to engage with international stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, remain self-driven, and manage pressure effectively
- Valid driver's licence, own transport, and a clear criminal and credit record
