Analyzing HR data
Assisting line management with performance management
Will be responsible for Organizational Development interventions
Ensuring compliance with the company’s EE plan and EE legislation
Sourcing and short-listing appropriate applicants for vacancies as identified for department managers
Ensuring HR administration is accurate and kept up to date
Assisting disciplinary and grievance enquiry participants to maintain fair procedures and substantiveness
Qualification & Skills
HR Degree or Diploma (NQF 5)
Must have great organizational skills with a proven customer services focus
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
