Theyre seeking a skilled PostgreSQL Developer to design, develop, and manage databases for a global telematics platform processing over 60 million tracking records daily. Youll focus on PostgreSQL and SQL Server, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability while applying database design best practices.
Responsibilities include writing stored procedures, optimizing queries, performing Linux system administration, and collaborating in an Agile environment using Visual Studio, GitHub, and Jenkins. Youll enhance systems through coding, debugging, and troubleshooting, contributing to customer-facing solutions that drive real-time insights.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL in a production environment, including design, optimization, and administration
Proficiency in PL/pgSQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server in parallel environments
Strong experience with database design, indexing strategies, and query optimization
Solid knowledge of Linux system administration for database hosting and performance monitoring
Familiarity with Agile development, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Visual Studio)
Experience with C#, Python, or PowerShell scripting; ASP.NET MVC knowledge is a plus
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) or containers (Docker) is desirable
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, innovative mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team work
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment
Experience in telematics, SaaS, or high-volume data platforms is advantageous
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
