Description:

In this role you will be responsible for identifying customers needs, providing appropriate solutions to their complaints and identifying ways to ensure top quality customer experience at all stages of the customer engagement.

You will be the face of the business within this segment and client type looking after e-commerce clients and all their payment needs and product requirements. This role requires a strong combination of client management experience as well as data knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Strong payments knowledge ideally from a payments gateway business essential.
  • Strong customer service and experience knowledge and experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge is ideal to be able to pull reports
  • Ability to manage clients and requirements/complaints end to end and with professionalism
  • Ability to cross sell new or unused products/services
