Newly qualified CA(SA) or 1-year post articles or BCom in Accounting/Finance with 6-7 years property experience, preferably in property management or real estate Strong technical accounting skills, including IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and consolidations Proficiency in MDA, MRI, or a similar property management system is advantageous Experience managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and audits Ability to lead and mentor a finance teamKey Responsibilities:
