Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Oracle Cloud Techno- Functional Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role demands both functional expertise and technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications, including Financials, HCM, or SCM. The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand and analyze functional requirements across Oracle Cloud modules.
- Design, configure, and support Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM) based on business needs.
- Develop and manage technical components including reports (BI Publisher, OTBI), integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), data conversions, and extensions (PaaS).
- Work on data migration, interface development, and custom workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues in Oracle Cloud environments.
- Participate in all project phases including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Support Oracle Cloud quarterly releases by analyzing new features, testing impacts, and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Develop functional and technical design documents, test scripts, training guides, and user documentation.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in Oracle Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or SCM) as a techno-functional consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one Oracle Cloud module (Financials, HCM, or SCM).
- Hands-on experience with technical tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/ADFdi, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
