- Manages municipal accounts.
- Planning: Annual budget.
- Provides monthly maintenance report.
- Health and Safety
- Maintenance and administration of company safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain I-Manage H&S System of all sites.
- COIDA Registrations.
- Conduct and assist with risk assessments of buildings and sites.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations.
- Conduct annual H&S audits.
- Present H&S Inductions to new staff.
- Preparation of H&S committee meeting.
- Serve on the COVID-19 committee.
- Planning: Annual budget.
