National Food Safety Training & Consultancy Service Provider, registered with the FoodBev SETA, is looking for a Consultant with proven training and presentation skills and a proven reputation in the food industry as an Auditor or as a Consultant, with a natural flair for training. ND and/or B Tech in Food Technology / Degree in Food Science. At least 6 years’ experience in a QA / QC capacity. At least 2 years as a lead auditor or as a consultant. A proven track record in the implementation of certified food safety systems with an in-depth understanding of HACCP (SANS 10330), PRP (SANS 10049), FSSC 22000 and BRC is essential. Knowledge of the AIB standard or experience in Global GAP will be advantageous. A driver’s license and own transport.
