Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 2 years’ admin or office support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Discreet with sensitive information
Duties and Responsibilities:
Day-to-day office admin, filing, and data entry
Prepare quotes, invoices, and job cards
Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct queries
Update internal systems and staff records
Assist with timesheets, leave tracking, and HR admin
Handle petty cash and order office supplies
Schedule meetings and keep office calendars up to date
