Are you an experienced Corporate Project Account Manager with a strong track record in managing high-value corporate relationships and navigating structured, large-scale projects? If you're used to engaging with C-suite executives , aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring SLAs and compliance are met, this role is for you!

A fast-growing company is seeking a confident, detail-oriented professional to take ownership of onboarding and managing large enterprise clients . You will serve as the critical bridge between corporate partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for professionals who’ve successfully managed corporate partnerships in highly regulated, process-driven industries, such as insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments .

Minimum Requirements:
5-6+ years in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Services .
Proven success in managing enterprise clients and corporate partnerships.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
Experience coordinating with internal departments (e.g., legal, operations) and external corporate stakeholders
Skilled in onboarding, client lifecycle management, and SLA enforcement
Strong presentation skills – comfortable presenting to large corporates and handling high-level meetings.
Highly organized, with strong management and problem-solving abilities .
Experience using Trello or other project management tools.

Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
Naturally proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven.
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage 600+ corporate accounts.
Comfortable working independently as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Corporate background in large-scale, structured environments preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing client satisfaction .
Act as a liaison between internal departments and clients .

Project Management:
Oversee full project lifecycles : from onboarding through to delivery and long-term retention.
Ensure structured workflows are followed and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate legal compliance , data handling, and SLA adherence during client onboarding.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Growth:
Respond to escalations and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Host weekly feedback sessions with corporate clients and internal teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Work with internal teams to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.
