Description:
We are looking for a proactive Technical Grower Support Officer to support growers through detailed crop analysis, forecasting, and on-farm trial evaluations. This role is key in facilitating data-driven decision-making and fostering a hub of knowledge for macadamia production best practices. Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant agricultural experience (macadamia experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of farming practices including crop estimation, scouting, and fertilization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential
Environment:
- Fast-paced, production-oriented environment with shifting priorities
- Must be adaptable, detail-driven, and capable of performing under pressure
- Regular travel to farms and interaction with multiple stakeholders required
