About the Marketing Operations Manager role

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for executing and managing marketing operations across all marketing channels, including campaigns, events, social media, and branding. This role ensures seamless execution of initiatives, creation of all content development, manages stakeholder and third-party engagement, and drives lead generation campaigns. A strong focus on operational efficiency, project tracking, and high-quality brand execution is essential. The role is for an individual contributor with attention to detail, must have their own vehicle & valid driver's license and does not have people management responsibility. The CRM Team supports a hybrid work environment.

Typical KPIs include:

  • Increase of brand awareness across all marketing channels.
  • Delivery of a minimum number of marketing campaigns per year
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and content to enhance brand awareness, engagement and followers
  • Plan and execute brand-related events, webinars, and sponsorship activations
  • Develop customer case studies through interviews, content creation, and campaign development
  • Execute internal marketing campaigns to enhance company culture and employee engagement
  • Execute lead generation campaigns to drive quality leads to sales teams for Microsoft and monday.com businesses
  • Administrate Marketing Development Funding from vendors
  • Provide detailed and accurate design briefs to designers

    Role Requirements
  1. 5+ Years of Marketing and Marketing Operations Experience
    Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, events, social media strategies, and lead generation initiatives.
  2. Complete Ownership of Stakeholder Engagement
    Proactive and collaborative self-starter who excels at stakeholder engagement, online research, and crafting professional, results-oriented communication.
  3. Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
    Clear, concise, and engaging communication is critical across emails, meetings, and content development.
  4. Information-Oriented and Detail-Focused
    A commitment to accuracy, brand integrity, and knowledge-seeking is essential for creating high-quality marketing content and ensuring alignment across channels.
  5. Strong Operational and Project Management Skills
    Ability to manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and ensure the smooth delivery of all marketing activities with minimal oversight.
