A prestigious 5-star lodge in the heart of Dullstroom is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee the dining operations and deliver world-class service to our guests. Key Responsibilities:- Manage all restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain and uphold service standards, ensuring consistency across all shifts
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate menus, specials, and guest preferences
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle any service recovery with professionalism
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier management
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and excellent customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or fine-dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Sound understanding of restaurant financials, including budgets and cost control
