We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations while driving both online and in-store sales performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong retail knowledge, operational management skills, and a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms. Requirements:- Matric (NQF Level 4) – essential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or wholesale, including administration
- Strong understanding of the retail market and ecommerce platforms
- Experience in call centre management is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Syspro
- Valid driver’s license and physical ability to handle stock
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
